Community Resources

We've put together a host of ways for you to participate and get access to deep expertise in designing, building, configuring and deploying SeeWhy systems. Much of the information is available without registering, though we hope you will do so; to download, contribute or post we'll need your details.

Available Resources

Free Software - SeeWhy Community Edition

SeeWhy Community Edition (CE) is a free to develop and free to deploy download for you to develop new and innovative real time BI 2.0 solutions. CE is entirely driven by needs of the Community. Your feedback will set the priorities, what gets released when and which features we build next. For our part, we guarantee to develop Community Edition as the leading edge platform for BI in the event driven world and keep it completely free to develop and deploy.

Support and Advice

When you need support, you have the choice of collective support and advice from fellow members of the Community, or commercial support directly from SeeWhy. Commercial support is only provided for Enterprise Edition through a support agreement. SeeWhy provides limited email support for Community Edition; see our CE Support Policy here.

Wiki

Our Wiki is a source of information on both our Community and Enterprise editions. We'll moderate the content but this is a community resource and we actively encourage you to contribute.

Open source community templates (coming soon)

We plan to launch an upload area where you will be able to share system configurations that solve particular business problems. Choose whether your templates are posted anonymously or accredited to you. Templates will be available to all under a simple open source license. If you have a template that you're happy to share, then in the first instance contact us on .

Blogs

SeeWhy Founder, Charles Nicholls, writes a blog reflecting his own personal comments on developments in the BI industry. Please join in and post comments, whether you agree with his views or not! You can also subscribe to the blog area if you wish using RSS. We'll be adding more blogs from our product team over time.

Your profile

Tell us about yourself and the technical environment you're working on. In future we'll open up the profiles so other members can contact you through the site to network or exchange notes.

FAQ (Part of the Wiki)

We'll take the most popular and key points from all of our entries and maintain this quick reference guide for your convenience.
