Charles Nicholls is Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of SeeWhy. He incorporated the company in 2003 with a vision to create a new generation of real time analytics to revolutionize the way we analyze and use customer data.

Paul Thomas, CTO

As CTO, Paul Thomas leads the technical product strategy for SeeWhy. He brings over 25 years of software development experience to the role including his previous role as Head of Product Development at STP vendor Braid.

Lou McMenamy, VP of Sales

As Vice President of Sales for SeeWhy, Lou directs sales, business development and partnerships. Lou brings 16 years in high tech solutions sales and consulting to Fortune 500 clients. Lou's focus is on customer understanding, customer value and customer return on investment.

Gareth Jones, CFO

Gareth Jones serves as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of SeeWhy Software Ltd. Gareth has spent his 30 year career in the IT industry, building, managing and directing both business and finance teams.

Steve Brown, Chief Architect

Steve has worked in the software development industry for 20 years, the last 10 in design and architectural roles. Prior to joining SeeWhy, Steve worked in diverse market sectors including Space flight control, racing car drive optimization, pharmaceutical drug discovery and numerous web based transaction systems.

Nigel Martin, Technical Services Manager

Nigel has more than 20 years of experience advising many diverse organisations on solutions for their database, data warehouse and business intelligence requirements, including the application of real-time data analysis and closed loop actions.
